About the Role
Join our dedicated Sustainability practice to support Saudi Arabia’s green transformation. You will work with government entities, corporates, and infrastructure developers to design and implement sustainability strategies, ESG frameworks, and circular economy models.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with client objectives and Vision 2030
- Conduct ESG assessments and maturity diagnostics
- Design circular economy business models and waste management systems
- Support carbon neutrality planning and green transition roadmaps
- Develop impact measurement frameworks and reporting mechanisms
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and capacity building
Experience
- 3-5 years in sustainability consulting, ESG advisory, or related fields
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with sustainability projects in Saudi Arabia or MENA region preferred
- Familiarity with GRI, SASB, TCFD, and other ESG frameworks
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of sustainability trends and circular economy principles
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting tools
- Fluency in English (Arabic is highly desirable)
- Genuine passion for environmental and social impact
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort with ambiguity
- Strong collaboration and teamwork orientation
